When to Use Avatars in Presentations
Make it easier to remember a person or what they said by associating an image with their name.
Three Ways to Use Avatars
1. Draw avatar icons on 5″x7″ sticky notes before a meeting. Have everyone select an image for their avatar.
2. Draw an avatar on a name tag or sticker to put on a name tag.
3. Draw an avatar next to quotes or assignments on the whiteboard instead of initials.
4. Keep a legend in a parking lot or on one side of the white board listing the avatars and the person’s name/initials.
